The historic Stoughton Opera House is located in Stoughton, WI just a few minutes south-east of Madison. The theater plays host to a wide variety of musical and theatrical performances throughout the season - rock, folk, classical, oddities, comedy...you name it. Known for sublime acoustics and an early 20th century aesthetic, don't pass on a chance to see a show or just pay a visit to the Stoughton Opera House.
Stoughton native, Madlen Breckbill has a degree in Viola performance from the UW Madison Music School and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. She has spent the last four years in Germany and other countries in Europe, studying and performing with various orchestras and Chamber Music Ensembles. She is now back in the area performing professionally. We are pleased to have Madlen as a guest performer. Accomplished Madison pianist and composer, Micah Behr, will join her for the performance.
